Hello world. So this is my first blog post, and I thought I would take the time to tell you a little bit about what I plan to do with this. As a disclaimer, my spelling may be poor and my grammar isn't too far behind. Anyway, I decided to start this as a way to let people know what's going on in my world.
A little bit about myself. I am a Georgia Tech graduate with degrees in mechanical engineering. And unlike my older and younger brother, I have decided to work in the discipline of my major. I have a wonderful wife whom I've been married to for a little over a year. Last week we bought an awesome house in the middle of horse country Georgia. My interests include watching all sports and playing some as well. I also like to cook and have recently gotten into digital photography. Don't get me wrong, I still watch a lot of television and movies (this will probably become more evident with upcoming posts).
Currently, Laura and I are going through the packing/moving exercises all people must go through when they get a new place to live. Packing is kind of a pain and a little overwhelming. Its amazing how much stuff we have packed into the closets of our apartment. I'm not sure what my deal is, I might get this from one of my parents, but I dont throw much away. I have a couple bins of things like tacs, receipts from 2003, and blurry pictures of things I cant remember, but I just cant pull myself to throw them away. Maybe its a part of me that thinks, you know, I might want those tacs but I dont want to splurge the tree-fiddy for new tacs. Who knows?
