Weekend eating tour

Last night Laura made a great three course dinner. First there was a caprese salad with balsamic vinegar followed by gorgonzola pasta and veal meatballs. For dessert she made some fantastic chocolate covered strawberries. The whole meal was incredible, so she will definitely have to make it again.






This morning I made us belgian waffles with strawberries, whip cream and powdered sugar. They came out very fluffy and delicious. All in all, it has a been a great weekend full of food, snow, and relaxation.

  1. That all looks very good. I like the tomato and cheese appetizer. Mom got some rib eyes for today. I made a salsa verde and a salsa rojas this morning. We are going to try the sweet potato baked fries today. Mom wasn't too excited at first because she thought they were going to be fried. When she saw they were baked she was really enthusiastic. Should be a great Valentine's feast.
